How safe is your Water?

Water, our drinking water and some of the dangers. I wanted to create this Post because many of us still don’t know and understand the dangers that face us with our own sources.

We still don’t know everything there is to know about water.

One thing we do know for sure is that we cant live without it!

Those of us that live here in Florida get our drinking water from underground aquifers. The problem we face is run off and pesticides and other chemicals getting into our ground.
In other states Fracking for natural gas has actually contaminated sources that can lit on fire through their tap. No Joke its insane to see!

So this post is 2 fold … first fold is to talk about our life source and second fold is fracking.

I wont get into fracking in great detail, however we don’t have the huge issue of fracking that other States may have but we definitely need to pay attention to our sources. As well as raise the awareness to the dangers of Fracking for natural gas any where near a critical source.

Let me tell you a little story about our education we learned.

When My wife and I moved into our new home in Kissimmee, Fl we wanted to see about getting a filtration system in our home. So we had a company come out and give us the presentation on why we needed their system so badly.

Now don’t get me wrong if you can afford a water filtration system for your home by all means go ahead and get one, but for those that cant afford one a simple education is the best way to protect yourselves.

Lets talk about water for a minute.
Being our life source and knowing we cant live without it its also important to cherish and value our life source.

Now water in its simplest form they say is odorless and tasteless. Even when we drink clean water from our tap it really has no nutritional value anymore. Why, You may be asking?

Well the answer is due to how we bring water to the consumer.

In producing water to the public there are various stages it must go through to be clean potable water. Flocking, Sedimentation, Filtration and Chlorination.

So most of the water we drink now is tainted with Chlorine even if its bottled water.

So getting back to my story of when we moved in and had our water tested.
At the time we were drinking Zepherhills water which is pretty popular here in Florida.
We found out after testing the water that the water coming from our tap was better then the bottle water that we knew and loved and trusted was good for us.
Ill tell you the water looked pretty nasty. I was relieved to know the water from my tap was better then the bottled water we were drinking and the funny thing we learned was that the best water on the market was from the Pepsi and coke companies which pollute our bodies with the acidic sodas that they openly promote in the market place.

So long story short I wanted to find a solution that we could be comfortable with in knowing our water was safe, and I found it!

When I first looked at the product I thought wow this is interesting and the science made sense.

I’m a big wussy when it comes to needles but I sat down and did it and Im glad I did.

OK … Ok … another shiny object in the Health and wellness industry.

When doing my research on this product and company,  I didn’t see one word about alkalinity and how if the body is slightly alkaline that the body actually heals itself. :O

See … what your not explaining is that there is no magic potion, pill or cure. And there is most certainly never a need to worry about free radicals and boosting your immune system if the body is slightly alkaline.

So … although its not a juice or potion it still does not address “The Main Health Problem” that leads to disease which is metabolic acidosis, metabolic acidosis stems from dehydration.
